Service
Trueque helps users discover items, match with other users, and arrange exchanges. Trueque is not a party to the final exchange between users.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for the accuracy of listings, the condition of items, communication, and the decisions they make when exchanging items.
Prohibited use
Users may not post illegal, dangerous, counterfeit, stolen, misleading, or abusive content. Users may not harass, scam, threaten, or impersonate others.
Moderation
We may remove content, restrict accounts, or take action when we believe there is abuse, risk, fraud, or violation of these terms.
No guarantee
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, successful exchanges, or the behavior of other users.
